When navigating the possibly unfamiliar environment that is home sales, I will be there to help in ways such as staging homes, creating a customized marketing plan, compiling a list of vendors to help with necessary repairs, and doing everything within my power to get the most money for your home.

From start to finish, I will be extremely involved. This means everything from preparing the house for placement on the market and reviewing the closing settlement statements.

I don't know what more a person could want from a realtor. Heather is excellent at every part if the buying and selling process. She is hard working nice to boot. She found us our first home nine years ago for a great price and we loved it. When we grew out of it, she helped us sell for a nice profit.
