I'm don't know what more a person could want from a realtor. Heather is excellent at every part if the buying and selling process. She is hard working nice to boot. She found us our first home nine years ago for a great price and we loved it. When we grew out of it, she helped us sell for a nice profit. Once we listed, she had us under contract in less than 24 hours. Her negotiation skills were particularly helpful as our buyer was very demanding. Heather is currently helping us through the process of building a new home. She has been an invaluable partner through the entire process. She helped us find a good builder and a floorplan that worked for our growing family. I would recommend Heather to anyone who needs a realtor and I can't imagine how anyone could have done more for us.

I honestly can't do a review strong enough to give Heather justice.  If you are looking for an agent who wants to swoop in and take care of every aspect of your sale so you don't have to sweat, she is your agent!  She listed, staged, helped with moving boxes, was constantly working to advertise the property, and finally did it all outside of business hours many times.  She did all the research to ensure we got full value, and in the end, we got above listing price for our property.  In addition, she also helped me find my new home and within my price range and home size.

When we purchased our very first home, Heather was extremely knowledgeable as she understood our needs & provided us with several options within our budget.  When we purchased our 2nd home, we had initially hired another realtor who happened to be a friend, however, with limited experience &  knowledge, it was very difficult to find a home. This resulted in a misleading contract. At this point, we decided we would move forward with Heather. As a result, within the 2nd week, we not only found a home, it was more than what we expected & couldn’t have asked for a better location & overall amazing home. When we initially placed our first bid, there were 17 offers. Honestly, I thought we would not be in a position to find the correct home. We contribute to the purchase of our new home only to Heather's experience & negotiation approach. Without her help, the process would have not resulted in the desired experience. Heather is a true professional who understands the individual needs of families & is able to successfully find the right home & accommodate your schedule.

Heather worked very hard, even outside of normal business hours, to accommodate our schedules.  She is very knowledgeable and professional.  She showed perseverance in making sure our bid won in a very competitive market for the home we wanted.  Heather performed better than any real estate agent we have ever worked with.

If I could give Heather a 100 stars I would! She is literally the best. My husband and I worked with her for about a year before we actually found a home and she was so patient throughout it all.
